Figma is my primary design tool for prototyping and I also use FigJam for research, ideation and synthesis.
I can create websites using Webflow, such as this portfolio site.
I can design and develop interfaces in Power Apps. I'm also familiar with the wider Power Platform toolstack.
Although I'm not a pro, I can create websites using Framer.
I'm familiar with using Conceptboard as a whiteboarding tool.
I'm currently learning motion design with After Effects.
I use Chat GPT to accelerate my workflow.
I can use Maze to conduct usability testing.
I can use both Lucidspark for whiteboarding or Lucidchart for mapping out Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs).
I can use Notion for synthesis of research and to capture notes or for documentation.
My workflow to help your business flow
Scale Your Business With Webflow
1
Research & business analysis
I'll conduct user research, primarily using qualitative research methods to understand the problem space. I'll also carry out business analysis to look at different business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
2
Data architecture
I work with developers to discuss the requirements and start mapping out the data structures (ERDs). At this stage I will start to think about architecting the solution relative to what technologies will be used.
3
Design
Once the requirements are locked in, I'll move onto the design phase which involves exploring different concepts, iterating and testing accordingly to ensure the solution meets user and business needs.
4
Implementation
I'll work closely with developers to ensure the solution is being implemented according to the design and communicate any changes if necessary. I may also be involved in the development process depending on the scope of the project.
5
Testing & release
The final stage will be testing the solution to ensure that the solution passes usability testing. Once all parties are happy with the solution, we will ship it for release and capture feedback to iterate on future releases.
